Maintenance processes the system runs on itself (plan → approval → execution in the worker). Supervised by default: a planned run waits for your approval; auto-approve is the per-pipeline trust dial.
Knowledge reindex
voyage-4 is the recommended balance of quality and cost (multilingual, PL↔EN). Switching the model re-embeds the ENTIRE index on the next run — old and new vectors are never mixed.
